关于农业科研单位解决历史遗留问题的思考

摘要

解决农业科研单位历史遗留问题意义重大而深远。文章分析了农业科研单位解决历史遗留问题的必要性和紧迫性,指出农业科研单位要解决历史遗留问题,必须坚持＂分类指导、分步实施、分级负责＂的原则,并提出了树立正确的政绩观、组建强有力的领导班子具体实施、建立解决历史遗留问题的治本长效机制等解决的对策。%It is of great significance for agricultural scientific research institutes to solve their historical problems.Necessity and urgency of this issue was analyzed in the paper.The principles such as guiding in classification,implementing by steps,graded responsibility,should be insisted on in this work.Countermeasures were put forward,such as erecting right viewpoint on performance,building powerful leader team,and constructing long lasting mechanism,etc.
