创新培育与引导机制推动产出重大科技成果--中国农业科学院加强科技成果培育的实践与思考

摘要

Main experience and measures to strengthen the cultivation of scientific and technological achievements in CAAS since the "11th Five-Year" were summarized in the paper. The effectiveness of these measures was analyzed. Some strategic advice to improve scientific and technological achievement output in the future were proposed, such as making clear the direction of scientific and technological innovation, constructing perfect evaluation system of results, changing organization mode of scientific research, carrying out high level of collaborative innovation, and speeding up the development of basic researches, etc.%文章总结了“十一五”以来中国农业科学院加强重大科技成果培育的主要经验与措施，阐述了促进成果产出取得的成效，从明确科技创新方向、建立完善绩效评价制度、转变科研组织模式、开展高水平协同创新、加快发展基础研究等方面对进一步提升重大成果产出水平进行了思考。
