Plant variety right is of great significance for maintaining the interests of breeders and promoting industrial development. Application and authorization of grape variety rights in China during 2004~2014 were collected and analyzed in the study. The results showed that the application number for grape variety rights was the largest in fruit crops, but on the whole it was still fewer. Applicants were mainly concentrated in research institutes and universities, the breeding enterprise was few. New varieties were mainly for table use. Numbers of applicants were different among provinces, related causes of this situation were analyzed in this study. Besides, some suggestions were put forward, including aggrandizing propaganda of plant variety rights, combining of cultivar registration and DUS-testing organically, optimizing breeding system and supporting enterprise to breeding innovation, developing molecular marker techniques and accelerating the test process. These were for providing references for protection and development of grape variety right in China in the future.%植物品种权对于维护育种者权益,促进产业发展具有重要的意义,文章对2004~2014年我国葡萄属植物新品种的申请与授权情况进行了统计与分析.结果表明,我国葡萄品种权在果树中申请数量最多,但整体上申请量仍偏少;申请者主要集中在科研院所和大学,企业育种较少;申请品种权品种以鲜食类型为主,不同省份间申请量数量存在差异.同时对产生的原因进行了分析,并据此提出了加大我国植物品种权的宣传力度;将品种审定(登记)与DUS测试有机地结合;育种体系需进一步优化,扶持企业开展育种创新;开展分子标记技术,加快测试进程等相关建议,以期为今后我国葡萄新品种权的保护和发展提供参考.
