600MW与1000MW核电蒸汽发生器制造技术比较

         

摘要

介绍了1000MW与600MW蒸汽发生器的结构特点及主要设计参数,简述了ASME规范与RCC-M规则应用的主要区别,介绍了两种蒸汽发生器的主要材料、关键装配、加工和焊接技术。1000MW蒸汽发生器在制造技术方面实现了多项技术改进与创新,已经达到了国际同类产品制造技术的先进水平。%The article introduced the structure, characteristics and design parameter of 600MW and 1000MW Steam Generator. The main difference between application of ASME Code and RCC-M Code was briefly presented. The main materials and technologies on assembly and welding of two steam generators were described in detail. The assembly and welding technology of 1000MW Steam Generator, based on 600MW Steam Generator, has achieved several technical improvements and innovations, and has reached advanced level compared with international similar products.
