汽车液压减振器生热机理的仿真研究

     

摘要

为准确获知汽车液压减振器内部的温度分布情况,进而为可靠性设计奠定基础,对汽车液压减振器的生热机理进行了研究.基于某汽车减振器结构对称的特点,建立了具有较高精度的1/4封闭流场网格模型.应用计算流体动力学数值方法与CFX仿真软件进行谐波激励下的模拟,仿真出工作缸管内强迫对流换热,进而得到减振器油液的热量产生过程和温度场分布情况.通过研究明确了汽车液压减振器的生热机理.%In order to know the temperature distribution inside the hydraulic damper of the motorcar accurately,and to lay the foundation for the reliability design,the heat generation mechanism of the hydraulic damper was studied.Based on the characteristic of structure symmetry of a car damper,a 1/4 closed flow field grid model with high precision was established.The numerical method of CFD and CFX simulation software were used to simulate the forced-convection heat transfer in the tubes of the working cylinder under harmonic excitation,and the process of heat generation and distribution of temperature field of the oil in the damper were obtained.The mechanism of heat generation of hydraulic damper of the motorcar was clarified via this study.
