卡盘夹紧作用下弯管和直管变形的有限元分析

         

摘要

应用有限元分析技术研究卡盘夹紧作用下弯管和直管的变形问题.使用ADAMS软件对直管和弯管进行动力学分析,得到夹紧力与管件形状及旋转时弯头所处位置的关系.使用ANSYS软件建立直管和弯管夹持变形的有限元模型,对直管和弯管在夹紧力作用下产生的变形进行分析.使用MATLAB软件建立直管和弯管关于变形量、最大应力与壁厚关系的回归方程.结果表明,弯头在水平位置时所需的夹紧力小于在竖直位置时所需的夹紧力;对于同一形状的管件而言,变形量和应力随壁厚的增加而减小;在壁厚相同时,直管的变形量和应力小于弯管的变形量和应力.%The finite element analysis technique was used to study the deformation of elbows and straight pipes under chuck clamping.The ADAMS software was used to perform kinetic analysis for the straight pipes and elbows in order to obtain the relationship between the shape of the pipe fittings,the position of the elbow during rotation and the clamping force.The finite element model of clamping deformation in straight pipe and elbow was established by using ANSYS software,and the deformation of straight pipe and elbow caused by clamping force was analyzed.The regression equation of the relationship between the amount of deformation,the maximum stress and the wall thickness of straight pipes and elbows was established by using MATLAB software.The results show that the clamping force required for the elbow when it is in the horizontal position is less than the clamping force required for the elbow when it is in the vertical position,for the pipes in the same shape,the deformation and stress increases with decreased wall thickness,when the wall thickness is the same,the deformation and stress of the straight pipes are less than the deformation and stress of the elbows.
