转子动平衡中振动信号幅值相位的提取方法研究

         

摘要

According to the characteristics of vibration signal in the rotor balancing, this paper studied three methods of extracting the amplitude and phase of unbalance vibration signal in - depth. The three methods were the traditional fast fourier transform (FFT) method, the discrete fourier transform (DFT) method by the entire cycle of truncated,and the correlation method. Finally, the extracting accuracy of amplitude and phase for the three methods were contrasted and analyzed. The results indicate that the DFT method has high extraction accuracy,and is simple. It has a good prospect in rotor balancing.%针对转子动平衡中振动信号的特点,深入研究了提取不平衡量振动信号幅值相位的3种方法:传统FFT法、整周期截断DFT法和互相关法.最后,通过仿真和实验,对比分析了这3种方法的幅值、相位提取精度.结果表明整周期截断DFT法具有较高的提取精度,且方法简单,在转子动平衡中具有较好的应用前景.
