Linux下基于Xenomai的数控系统硬件功能测试系统开发

摘要

CNC hardware should be checked for its ports and functions after manufactured. This paper used embedded Linux operating system and Xenomai real - time patch to build a real - time operating system,used RTDM to program the device driver of the test system,and developed a test system which can check the performance of CNC hare-ware based on ARM comprehensively and quickly.%数控系统硬件装置在生产后需要检查其各个端口和功能是否正常,为此,采用嵌入式Linux 操作系统与Xenomai实时补丁构建实时操作系统,采用RTDM编写检测系统的设备驱动,实现了对ARM平台下数控系统硬件装置功能进行全面快速检测的测试系统.
