基于ABAQUS的某载货汽车前桥有限元分析及模态分析

         

摘要

The paper uses the front axle of a vehicle manufactured by the factory where we do an in‐ternship as the research object ,utilizes the three dimensional modeling software Pro/E for modelling , and imports the model into ABAQUS in the format of STP for pre processing .The material is 40Cr and the unit type is C3D4 (four nodes linear tetrahedron element ) .The meshing technology of free meshing is used to build the finite element model .Then ,Lanczos is used as a solver for analysis of strength and Lanc‐zos for modal analysis .The results show that the maximum stress of front axle is no more than the materi‐al yield strength in three typical working conditions .In the meantime ,we extract the top five order natural frequencies and describe the vibration mode of the front axle .Then ,we analyze the coupling of front axle’s inherent frequency and human organs .%以某汽车厂的前桥为研究对象,运用三维建模软件Pro/E进行建模,通过S T P格式将其导入ABAQUS中进行预处理。建立材料为40Cr ,单元类型为C3D4(四结点线性四面体单元),网格划分技术为自由划分技术的有限元模型,并以ABAQUS/Standard为求解器进行强度分析,以Lanczos求解器进行模态分析。强度分析的结果显示,前桥在3种典型工况下的最大M ises应力均未超过材料的屈服极限。同时,根据模态分析提取了前桥的前五阶固有频率与振型,分析了其固有频率与人体器官频率的耦合情况及振型描述。
