基于压电振子的毛细管尖端切割方法研究

         

摘要

针对生物医学等领域对毛细管的制造需求,提出了一种利用压电振子的振动与冲击,对毛细管尖端进行切割,使尖端发生断裂形成通道的方法.通过基于激光加热的毛细玻璃管拉伸系统拉制成尖端堵塞的玻璃管,设计出玻璃基毛细管尖端切割装置.利用压电振子的振动与固定刀片,对毛细管尖端的两侧施加位移载荷,使毛细管尖端发生断裂形成通道,并对其内径与外径进行测量,其尖端内径小于1 μm.%In order to meet the manufacturing requirements of capillaries in the biomedical fields, this paper proposed a method to form the channel by utilizing the vibration and impact of the piezoelectric vibrator and cutting the tip of the capillary.A glass tube with the tip blocked was firstly produced by the glass capillary drawing system based on laser heating, and a cutting device for the tip of glass capillary was then designed.The displacement loads were applied to both sides of the glass capillary tip by utilizing the vibration of the vibrator and the fixed blade in order to form the channel by breaking the tip of the capillary.The inner diameter and outer diameter were both measured, which shows that the inner diameter of the tip is below 1 μm.
