轿车与行道树正碰事故再现关键因素研究

             

摘要

In order to analyze the reconstruction process of sedan-tree frontal collision accident,a commonly-used sedan finite element model is established and the effectiveness is verified.By selecting a poplar as the collision object,the key factors for reconstructing the accident are analyzed. The four main structural parts deformed in the front of a sedan,including front bumper,front inner bumper,water tank and engine cover,are selected as the analyzed objects.The impact of the collision velocity,collision location and the tree diameter upon the four main parts in collision deformation is analyzed based on Pam-crash software through a orthogonal experiment,which simulation results shows that the velocity is the most effective factor in the collision;Because of the obvious advantage in keeping the collision information of reconstruction,the front inner bumper can be selected as the main object in sedan-tree frontal collision reconstruction.%为了分析轿车与行道树正碰事故再现过程,建立了一款市场上常见的微型轿车有限元模型并验证其有效性,选择白杨树作为碰撞对象,进行事故再现关键因素研究.以轿车前端主要变形区的四结构件:前保险杠、前保险杠内杠、引擎盖和水箱为分析对象.基于Pam-crash软件平台,设计正交试验来分析碰撞速度、碰撞位置及行道树直径对四结构件碰撞变形的影响.仿真实验结果显示:碰撞速度是碰撞变形的最主要影响因素;前保险杠内杠在保存事故信息方面优势明显,可以作为事故再现分析的主要对象.
