汽车制动器多功能试验台设计

             

摘要

Since the performances of vehicle brake will affect directly the vehicle's safety,a multifunctional test-bed is developed specially for vacuum booster,which is used in the factory laboratory of car brake system for simulating work conditions in different temperatures and carries through durability tests,performance test with multi function and high integration. To improve the shortcoming of the test-bed for car boosters with brake master cylinder,a new multifunctional test-bed was designed,which structure design for high/low temperature test system,thrust system,vacuum system and hydraulic system was mainly introduced.Above all the test-bed designed reduces the errors fundamentally and improves the test accuracy of the vacuum boosters.%汽车制动器性能的优劣直接影响到整车的安全性能.汽车制动器多功能试验台是为汽车真空助力器生产厂家研制开发,用于实验室中模拟不同温度工况下,对助力器产品进行耐久试验及性能试验的多功能、高集成度的专用设备.针对目前汽车助力器带制动主缸总成试验台的不足,设计了新型汽车制动器多功能性能试验台,重点介绍了该试验台的高低温箱、推力系统、真空系统以及液压系统的结构设计.该试验台从根本上减小了误差,提高了真空助力器的检测精度.
