散热器罩壳加工自动化专机设计与研究

             

摘要

The housing in copper-aluminum radiator is used for auxiliary radiating and decorating in the radiating process and automation manufacturing is required in urgency because of its large amount in application.According to the structural characteristics and analysis of processing technology,the section aluminum shall be finished in one time from cutting to press forming to achieve the automation of the whole manufacturing process.An in-depth analysis for the structural characteristics and technical difficulties of automatic special machine is made in the thesis which solved a series vital technical issues in cooling,punching and cutting, and the corresponding principal components are designed.Finally,calculation and design for machine's working motion cycle chart and operating beat of the machine is carried out in order to ensure the requirements for technical specifications and the production efficiency.%铜铝复合散热器中的罩壳在散热过程中起到辅助散热与装饰作用,由于用量很大,迫切希望实现加工自动化.根据散热器罩壳的结构特点与加工工艺分析,将铝型材从切割到冲压成型一次完成,实现了生产过程的全自动化.重点对自动化专机的结构特点和技术难点进行了深入剖析,解决了冷却、冲压和下料等一系列关键技术问题,并设计了相应的主要零部件.最后,对专机的工作运动循环图与整机工作节拍进行了设计计算,从而确保整机的技术指标和生产效率达到预期的要求.
