甘蔗切割试验台夹持器的改进设计

             

摘要

针对原甘蔗夹持器只能刚性固紧甘蔗以及切割甘蔗破头率与田间实际相差较大的缺点,为了提高甘蔗切割试验符合收获机械田间作业的实际情况,对试验台上甘蔗夹持器的结构进行改进,使得夹持器夹持甘蔗的情况与田间土壤固紧甘蔗的情况相当,模拟了收割机切割甘蔗时土壤对甘蔗的作用力,可以使得在进行室内物理切割试验的结果与田间实际情况更加吻合.改进后结构采用双弹簧夹持,材料65Mn,直径3mm,自由长度130mm,工作长度127mm,刚度为44.3N/mm.%Aimed at the shortcomings of the original clamp in rigid fastening sugarcane and higher difference between broken root rate and the actual rate .the structure of the clamp on the bed is improved in order to enhance the correspondence of the clamp with soil for clomping sugarcane in the field Then the force of soil upon the sugarcane during cutting of the harvester is simulated, which result shows that the cutting test made indoor are more consistent with that made in the field The improved structure adopts that with dual spring clamping. which material is 65Mn with 3mm diameter, 130mm free length, 127mm working length .44.3N/mm stiffness.
