小型甘蔗收割机切割台架试验台的设计与实验研究

摘要

针对甘蔗收割机台架部分的研发需要,开发模块化的模拟试验台.设计台架液压系统并制造出液压泵站,通过试验进行液压提升缸同步情况的测试、甘蔗切割质量、刀盘轴向振动分析和液压执行元件的参数特性分析,为下一步甘蔗收割机整机的制造提供依据.%Aiming at the research need of sugarcane harvester bench, a modularized test platform was developed. Bench hydrau lic system was designed and the hydraulic pump station was manufactured. Through experiments, the test of synchronous ease of the hydraulic lifting cylinders, the analysis of sugarcane cutting quality, cutler axiat vibration analysis and parameter characterizations an alyses of hydraulic actuators were made. All of above provides basis for the manufacturing of the whole machine.
