基于等效静态载荷法的平面四杆机构的结构动态优化设计

     

摘要

The theory of Equivalent Static Load Method (ESLM)was introduced and derived, as well as applied to structural dynamic optimization design.Through dynamic analysis of the planar four-bar linkage using the Commercial software systems of HyperWorks ,the maximum dynamic stress was obtained.Dynamic loads were transformed into static loads with ESLM,then the shape optimization of planar four-bar linkage was accomplished in HyperWorks environment at the Constraint of stress.The results of dynamic optimization design can be applied to the four-bar linkage design as a reference ,which reflecting the important theoretical significance and practical application value of shape optimization based on ESLM in dynamic optimization design process of mechanical structures.%介绍并推导了等效静态载荷法(ESLM),并将其应用于结构动态优化设计.通过HyperWorks软件对平面四杆机构进行动力学分析,得到了最大动应力.运用等效静态载荷法(ESLM),把动态载荷转化为等效静态载荷,进而在HyperWoks中实现了平面四杆机构在动应力约束下的的形状优化设计.动态优化设计结果为四杆机构各杆件的形状设计提供了参考,体现出了基于等效静态载荷的形状优化方法在机械结构动态优化设计过程中具有重要的理论意义和实际的应用价值.
