An equivalent wind load loading method comprises: Step S1, respectively calculating wind loads acting on a top end and a bottom end of a test piece (S101); Step S2, cutting the test piece along the axial direction thereof to obtain multiple cross sections parallel to the top end and the bottom end, and calculating wind loads acting on the respective cross sections according to the wind load acting on the top end and the wind load acting on the bottom end (S103); and Step S3, calculating, according to a combined wind load acting on the respective cross sections, an equivalent wind load acting on the test piece (S105). The above technical solution allows for quick acquisition of a loading test solution when the precision requirement is low, such that periodic costs relating to test design and implementation are relatively low.
