精密自动浇注系统的研究

摘要

In casting process ,due to the variation of level of the pouring pot and crystallizer,the quality of casting production comes down. Therefore the program of the control of pouring water level has been introduced. Through MATLAB programming and curve fitting analysis ,get the condition of variation level of pouring process and the initial control system design.%浇铸过程中,由于浇包液位的变化,结晶器液位的变化,影响浇注质量.因此提出对浇注过程液位高度进行控制的方案,并通过MATLAB的编程及曲线拟合分析,得到浇注过程液位变化情况,从而得到控制系统的初步设计方案.
