快速发药系统出药机构运动分析与参数优化

摘要

A structural design of the dispensing agency was introduced in the rapid dispensing system, analyzing the action process of dispensing agency,making the analysis of dynamics and kinematics during the process of drug.The link was established between the structural parameters and motion parameters in theory,so we can derive the trajectory equation of the drug box,and also calculate the trajectory of different types of drugs.From taking different sizes drug agencies to deal with the different types of boxed drugs, each type drugs'trajectory can reach to the best.The ultimate aim is to provide reference and basis for further optimization and reliable operation for the rapid dispensing system.%介绍了快速发药系统发药端的结构设计,分析了发药端发药时的动作过程,并对其发药的过程进行了动力学和运动学分析.从理论上建立起结构参数和运动参数与药盒运动轨迹之间的联系,推导出了药盒弹出后的运动轨迹方程,还计算了不同种类盒装药品的运动轨迹,针对不同种类的盒装药品在机器采用的翻板机构进行了优化设计,使不同尺寸不同重量的药品在出药时均能得到最佳的轨迹,为快速发药系统可靠运行和翻板结构的优化设计提供了理论依据.
