基于SOOA的制造资源服务化封装与部署机制

         

摘要

针对云制造环境下制造资源服务化的需求,提出一种基于SOOA(Service Object-OrientedArchitectures)的制造服务运行机制,描述了服务注册、发现和调用的过程.分析了智力资源、知识资源和工具资源这几种不同类型制造资源的服务化方式,同时探讨了强控制封装、弱控制封装、虚拟化封装和计算能力封装这四种不同的封装模式,分析了各封装模式的应用方式和适用场合,给出了一个制造服务部署及管理的软件平台的架构,分析了平台各组件的构成、功能及依赖关系,最后介绍了原型系统的开发.%For the requirements of manufacturing resources servicesation in cloud manufacturing,an operating mechanism of manufacturing service is presented based on Service Object Oriented Architecture (SOOA),describing the process of service registration,discovery and invocation,investigating different servicesation modes for manufacturing service, which includes intellectual resources ,knowledge resources and tools resources.Then it introduces 4 wrapping types for software resources:strong control wrapping, weak control wrapping,virtualization wrapping and computing capability wrapping, and investigates its application mode and applicable occasions.At last,it introduces a framework for services deployment and management,describing the functions and dependency of platform components,and the prototype of this platform is developed according to the proposed mechanism.
