波纹腹板箱型主梁力学性能研究

     

摘要

For the structural characteristics of the main box-girder in bridge crane,a new structural of girdei—box-girder with corrugated web was proposed.The research used the large scale finite element software HYPERWORKS as analyzing tool and comparatively analyzed the mechanical properties of boxrngirder with corrugated web and stabbing web.The bending normal stress of flange and its displacement in the vertical direction were relatively analyzed.The shear stress of web and the stability along the web height direction were comparatively analyzed too.The results showed that the anti-inclined ability of the box-girder with corrugated web was better than the box-girder with flat web and the former's anti-shear ability and stability was better than the latter.So using box-girder with corrugated web will reduce ribs on the web and the weight of girder, then the cost will reduce.%针对桥式起重机箱型主梁的结构特点,提出了一种新型的主梁结构—波纹腹板箱型主梁.借助有限元软件HYPERWORKS,对波纹腹板箱型梁和常用的平直腹板箱型梁在相同条件下的力学性能经行了综合比较分析,即对翼缘弯曲正应力、竖直方向的位移、腹板的剪切应力和沿腹板高度方向的稳定性进行对比分析.结果表明:波纹腹板箱型梁抗倾斜能力比平直腹板箱型梁好,其抗剪切能力和稳定性要高于平直腹板箱型梁.采用波纹腹板箱型梁可以减少腹板上的加强筋,减轻主梁重量,节约成本.
