PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bridge floor slab attached pre-cast concrete web unit capable of improving workability and construction accuracy and a manufacturing method of a main girder making use of the web unit.;SOLUTION: In the prefabricated web member 2 consisting of either of a truss diagonal member or a waveform steel plate web or a pre-cast concrete-made web and vertically placing to use, the pre-cast web member 2 having a joint section in the end section is laterally placed to hold and, at the same time, an inside and outside upper floor slab form 64 is vertically placed in the end section in the lateral direction of the lateral web member 2 and, at the same time, it is connected to the inside upper floor slab form 48 to assemble a form 52 surrounding the end section of the pre-cast web member 2, and the insides of both forms 64 and 48 are respectively filled with a concrete 72 to manufacture the bridge web unit 3 in a state to arrange bars in those forms.
