质子交换膜燃料电池双极板累积成形研究

         

摘要

质子交换膜燃料电池双极板是关键部件之一,具有隔离和均匀分配反应气体、收集导出电流、串联各单电池等功能,大概占电池组质量的80%,是影响电池组性价比的主要原因之一.提出了针对微型双极板累积成形新方法,介绍了其工作原理.在此基础上,以蛇形流道为例,利用ABAQUS模拟软件研究其成形规律,获得了不同垂直压下量的板厚分布和减薄率情况.结果显示成形后的板料厚度变化呈倒U形,中间区域较均匀;随着垂直压下量的增大,板料的厚度减薄愈大,而且在流道的起点和终点段的厚度变化较大.累积成形过程中成形力变化为U形,成形力最大处在下压量的起始点,模拟与实验吻合度较好,验证了累计成形的可行性.%Among different components of fuel cells,the bipolar plates have the functions of isolating and uniformly distributing re ac tants, re moving reaction products, collecting and inducing current as well as connecting the cells by series with the qualitative taking up about 80% of the battery, which is one of the vital components of PEMFC that effects the cost performance of the battery.A new method of accumulative forming of micro bipolar plate is introduced as well as its working principle.Based on this,the ABAQUS simulation software is used to study the forming law by taking serpentine-type flow as an example, and the blank thickness distribution and the thickness reduction rate in different amount of vertical pressing are obtained, which results show that the change of the thickness of sheet metal assumes the contrary U shape after forming with the middle area being relatively uniform; While the thickness reduction rate of sheet metal turns bigger along with the increase of the quantity of vertical pressure,and thickness change of sheet metal is bigger at the beginning and the end stage of the flow channel.In accumulative forming process, formingforce changes into U shape, and the biggest forming force is got at starting point.The better fitness between the test results and simulation verifies the feasibility of the accumulative forming.
