摆碾铆接过程数值模拟分析

         

摘要

[摘 要]应用DEFORM-3D有限元分析软件建立碾压铆接有限元模型,对摆碾铆接工艺过程进行数值模拟.分析了其成形过程的三个阶段、应力应变和行程载荷曲线的变化趋势,结果表明最大应力应变都集中在铆钉头部边缘区,边缘区点最先受到旋压力开始变形,最早发生屈服现象并进入弹塑性变形阶段;铆钉在相同行程下达到相同的成形效果时,碾压铆接需要的载荷要远远低于传统铆接的载荷.最后分析了影响碾压铆接质量的几个核心因素,如铆头速度、铆头倾斜角度等,为有效地进行碾压铆接工艺研究提了供理论依据.%Finite element model of rolling riveting using DEFORM-3D finite element software was established. And numerical simulation for the rolling and riveting process was carried out.lt three stages for forming process of the rive ting, curves of stress-strain and force-displacement were analyzed,which result showed that the max.stress and strain mainly concentrated on the fringe area of riveting head,where spot of fringing area was the first to deform by suffering the spinning pressure, earliest yielding occurred and turned into elastic-plastic ally deforming. When the same forming effect achieved with rivet in the same stroke, load of rolling riveting required was far less than traditional one.Finally the paper analyzed several factors of influencing the quality of rolling and riveting,such as riveting head velocity, rive ting head tilt angle and so on.The results provided theoretical basis for effective technical study of rolling and riveting.
