基于Pro/E喷浆机喷射臂的虚拟样机分析

         

摘要

TTPJ喷浆机的喷射臂有9个自由度,分别是:大臂回转、大臂伸缩、大臂变幅、小臂回转、小臂伸缩、小臂变幅、喷头360°转动、喷嘴240°转动、喷嘴刷动,采用全液压驱动.首先利用Pro/E对喷射臂进行三雏建模,同时建立其虚拟样机模型,再利用Pro/E/MDX模块对喷射臂进行运动仿真,模拟其工作范围,验证了虚拟样机模型的正确性.针对中等截面隧道喷浆工况,利用Pro/E/MDO模块对喷射臂进行动力学仿真,找出在喷浆过程中喷射臂的恶劣工况.而动力学仿真结果为喷射臂的关键构件静力学分析提供理论依据,整个分析过程为多自由度臂架机构仿真分析提供一种简明有效的思路.%The injection arm of 1TFJ shotcrete machine has nine degrees of freedom, including big arm rotation, big arm movement in horizontal, big arm movement in vertical, small arm rotation, small arm movement in horizontal, small arm movement in vertical, nozzle 360 degree rotation, nozzle 240 degree rotation and nozzle brush dynamic, which are driven by the hydraulic pressure. It builds the 3D model of the jet arm by using Proe, establishes its virtual prototyping and operates simulation movement with Pro/E/MDX. The work scope of simulation verifies the correctness of the virtual prototype. For medium section tunnel shotcrete conditions, in order to find out the bad working environment of the arms of the injection during the process of spraying, it also operates dynamics simulation with Pro/E/MDO. The dynamic simulation results provide the theory basis for the statics analysis of the injection arm, and the analysis process provides a brief and the effective thinking for the freedom arm frame institutions.
