Using a 300t-43m shipbuilding door crane as the carrier,the orash simulation of hanging objects crashing into rigid leg is carried with Hypercrash software.Through analysis the collision deformation modes, the stress of various parts, the whole machine energy, speed of hanging object and acceleration of the little car are obtained The result shows that the simulation tests meets the actual situation and active exploration and detailed analysis by the process of handing objects crashing into rigid leg provide basis for studies of shipbuilding gantry crane crash safety.%以某工厂300t-43m型号的造船门式起重机为研究对象,应用碰撞仿真有限元分析软件Hypercrash对造船门式起重机吊物碰撞刚性支腿过程进行数值模拟,得到造船门式起重机在大变形碰撞时整机和局部构件变形模式,同时分析了碰撞过程中各部位的应力、整机的能量、吊物速度及上小车加速度的变化情况.仿真结果表明仿真试验结果符合实际情况,对小车载重物碰撞刚性支腿过程的积极探索和详细分析,为造船门式起重机碰撞安全性的研究提供了理论依据和数据支持.
