磁流变减振器磁路结构的参数化优化设计

     

摘要

Magnetorheological damper is a new kind of intelligent damping device. The magnetic circuit structure of the magnetorheological damper is the key point in the designing of the magnetorheological damper. In the structural design of magnetic circuit of the MR damper, it introduces the parametric programming language of ANSYS, the APDL, and the application of APDL in the optimization design of magnetic circuits of the MR damper. And the APDL language is used to optimize the magnetic circuits of a MR damper. The analysis results show that after using the APDL language to optimize the magnetic circuit structure of the MR damper, the magnetic flux density in the clearance place increases significantly, and the magnetic field distribution is more reasonable. So this is an effective method for the optimization design of magnetic circuit of the MR damper.%磁流变减振器是一种新型智能减振装置,而磁流变减振器的磁路结构是磁流变减振器设计的重点,在磁流变减振器磁路结构设计中引入有限元分析的优化设计过程,介绍了ANSYS的参数化编程语言APDL及其在磁路结构优化设计中的应用,并针对某一磁流变减振器的磁路结构运用APDL语言对其进行优化设计.分析结果显示,运用APDL语言对磁流变减振器的磁路结构进行优化设计后,间隙处的磁感应强度明显增加,磁场分布更加合理,是一种有效的磁路优化设计方法.
