基于Pro/E的立式加工中心刀库界面座的参数化设计与研究

         

摘要

刀库界面座是连接刀库和加工中心的连接部件.由于加工中心型号不同,选配刀库形式多样,从而使得其连接部件各不相同,设计和制造各种刀库界面座给企业带来大量重复而繁重的工作.以立式加工中心的圆盘刀库界面座为研究对象,通过分析其结构特点发现:对于不同的加工中心或刀库而言,刀库界面座改变的往往只是尺寸大小、加强筋板数目等细节,其形状结构是固定不变的.根据这一特点,运用参数化设计理念,利用Pro/E中的Program模块将刀库界面座进行了参数化设计,从而解决企业中耗时费力的刀库界面座设计和制作难题.%Tool magazine interfaces are the parts to connect tool magazines and the machining centers. Because of the diversities of machining centers and tool magazines, their connecting parts are also diverse so that the enterprises have to spend more time and great cost on the heavy and repetitive works in their designing and manufacturing. Taking the interfaces connecting the vertical machining centers and the circular tool magazines as subject, it analyzes their structures and finds out that the differences of various tool magazine interfaces usually lie in their dimensions and number of ribs while their structures are same. According to this finding, based on the parametric theory, the parametric design of tool magazine interface is achieved in Pro/E program module, thus the problems of designing and manufacturing of the interfaces of tool magazines in enterprises are solved successfully.
