基于Solidworks的散热盖注塑模具设计关键技术研究

         

摘要

It focuses on the key technology of the design of injection molding of radiator cap by Solidworks. Using of its capabilities of mold design to complete the overall design of the cooling cover injection mold, the key technology is the problem of cooling efficiency and discharge gas for plastic injection mould which have the large arc and thick edge angle. In order to solve these problems, it puts forward the design scheme, and proposed several cooling system design based on CAE analysis to find the optimal solution. Finally, combining the cases of domestic and international experience, it designs the perfect exhaust system for the cooling cover injection moiding.The research will lay a solid foundation for solving those technical problems of minimum deformation and contraction in minimum tune.%介绍了基于Solidwodks的注塑模具设计过程,利用该软件的模具设计功能,完成了散热盖注塑模具的整体设计,重点研究了散热盖注塑模具设计过程中的关键技术,即大弧面、厚边角模具的冷却、排气问题,在CAE分析的基础上,从提出的几种冷却系统设计方案中找到了最优的方案.最后结合国内外经验案例,为散热盖模具设计较为完善的排气系统.上述研究能为在力求缩短模具冷却时间的同时尽量减少制件收缩和变形等技术问题奠定扎实基础.
