基于SIMULINK的直线电机抽油机钢丝绳动力学分析与仿真

     

摘要

对直线电机抽油机上行阶段进行研究,根据直线电机抽油机理想运行状态下的速度-时间图,和直线电机抽油机上行阶段悬点所受最大载荷,建立上行阶段钢丝绳绳端变形量和天轮处钢丝绳张力的微分方程,用MATLAB工具里面的SIMULINK工具对公式其建立仿真模型,得到直线电机抽油机上行过程中钢丝绳的变形规律和张力的变化规律,并针对直线电机抽油机的稳定性对直线电机抽油机上行阶段钢丝绳的变化规律和张力的变化规律作出分析,以便为直线电机抽油机安全性能建立标准.%It take the uplink stage of linear motor pumping unit for research,and builds up the movement differential equations of the wire rope ' head and longitudinal vibration differential equations of the wire rope from the wheel of heaven according to the linear motor pumping unit's velocity-time in the ideal operation condition and the maximum load suffered by linear motor pumping unit's suspension point in the upstream stage, and analyses and simulates the vibration based on SIMULINK of MATLAB.The regulations of the change of elongation and tense of the steel wire rope of the linear motor pumping unit in the process of lifting are obtained,carrying them on the analysis in linear motor pumping unit stability,so as to set up safety performance standards for the linear motor pumping unit.
