在装配平板式固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)电堆时,其组件的变形会影响到电堆的装配质量,降低电池的效率和使用性能.为保证装配质量,在装配之前需要对组件进行变形量的检验.燃料电池批量生产以后,人工检测的工作量变大,自动检测系统显得十分必要.以数显百分表为测头,并采用基于LabVIEW的上位机软件为数据处理平台,通过信号调理电路作为中间媒介,设计了一套燃料电池组件的变形检测系统,方便的实现了组件测量数据的显示、存储和回放,为电堆的精密装配奠定基础.%The deformation of solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC)components seriously affects the stack assembly,which lead to the drop of efficiency and performance.Therefore,the components inspecting is very important.Using digital indicator as the sensor,adopting PC monitoring software based on the LabVIEW for data processing platform, and signal processing circuit as the bridge, a testing system of SOFC components had been designed, which is the basis for stack assembly.
