面向线切割机床(往复走丝型)动态误差补偿技术的研究

             

摘要

为了提高电火花线切割机床(往复走丝型)的加工精度与表面质量,缩小往复走丝型和单向走丝型机床之间在零件加工精度和加工表面质量的差异,消除由于工作台运动时轴定位引起的加工误差所形成的误差,设计了一套基于MPC2810运动控制器的控制系统.利用MPC2810运动控制器对交流伺服电机进行速度环的半闭环控制,位置环的全闭环控制,使得伺服系统获得较高的定位精度,满足电火花线切割加工的要求.利用MPC2810的软件补偿功能,在不改造机床硬件设备的情况下,使得电火花线切割机床(在复走丝型)加工精度和加工质量明显提高.%In order to improve the accuracy of machining parts and surface quality by CS-WEDM,and reduce the reciprocating wire type and unidirectional traveling wire type difference between the wire-type machine tools in the machining accuracy and surface quality,and eliminate machining errors due to position accuracy of linkage axis, a control system based on MPC2810 motion controller was designed.A stepper servo system, with speed semi -closed loop and position with closed loop was controlled using the positioning error compensation function of MPC2810.Consequently the servo system with higher positioning accuracy was obtained.lt meets the requirements of CS-WEDM precision processing.The experiments show that the positioning accuracy of servo system is effectively improved using MPC2810 software compensation function.Further more the accuracy and surface quality of machining parts by CS-WEDM is also improved.
