轮拖变速箱齿轮修形设计、仿真与试验

     

摘要

Taking wheel gearbox transmission system as the research object,the deformation of transmission shaft and the dislocation of gear based on ROMAX software are analyzed,conducting micro modification design of gear pair and the distribution characteristics of load per unit length of modifwation gear and unmodified gear are compared.The distribution regularity of contact stress and bending stress of gear pairs under different installation errors are analyzed in the environment of Ansys.In order to verify the correctness of modification amount of gear design,the vibration test of the modification gear and unmodified gear was carried out in the wheel gearbox test bench,the spectrum analysis of vibration test data was carried out by using MATLAB program.The result shows that the reasonable modifwation amount can significantly decrease the vibration of the gear pair.%以轮拖变速箱齿轮传动系统为研究对象,以ROMAX软件为平台,仿真分析了不同工况下传动轴的变形量和齿轮的位错量,对齿轮副进行几何微观修形设计,对比分析修形齿轮与未修形轮齿的单位长度载荷分布特点.在有限元环境下,分析了不同安装误差下修形齿轮副的接触应力和弯曲应力的分布规律.为了验证齿轮设计修形量的正确性,在轮拖变速箱试验台架上,对未修形齿轮与修形齿轮进行了振动测试,利用MATLAB程序对振动试验数据进行了频谱分析,其结果表明合理的修形量能明显降低齿轮副的振动.
