应用六西格玛管理提高锯条生产流通合格率

         

摘要

The problem of saw blade production and circulation is at low pass rate for J company, introduction of Six Sigma Management for analysis and improvement.Traverse to the saw blade production process analysis and determine the scope of the reason,using FMEA to screen,To determine the key factors that influence passing rate of circulation about the saw blade,In order to find the best combination of production conditions, the key factors are designed by orthogonal experiment and conduct a pilot study,tested the results.Combined with the application of Minitab,to analyze the statistical data in the process of improvement, and succeed to help J company achieve six sigma management in the introduction of saw blade production workshop,To effectively improve the blade production circulation of qualified rate and the quality of enterprise management level.%针对J公司钢锯条生产流通合格率低的问题,引入六西格玛质量管理模式对锯条生产车间存在的问题进行研究.对锯条生产过程进行遍历分析并初步确定原因范围,运用失效模式及影响分析(FMEA)进行筛选,确定影响锯条流通合格率的关键因素.并采用正交试验法对关键因素进行实验设计以寻求最佳的生产条件组合,进行先导性研究,对改善效果进行检验.结合Minitab统计软件的应用,对改善过程中的统计数据进行分析,最终帮助J公司实现了六西格玛管理模式在锯条生产车间的成功导入,有效提高了锯条生产流通合格率及企业的质量管理水平.
