厚板双侧齿圈压边精冲参数对成形影响规律研究

     

摘要

In the process of plate fine blanking,the key factor affectingthe quality of blunt cutting surface is machiningparameter setting,In view of thick-plate blanking parts often appear poor quality issues of cross-section,the new method of fine blanking is proposed and the forming process is simulated by using DEFORM2D software established 8 mm AISI-20 steel model Through the adoption of bilateral gear-ring blank-holder to analyze and simulate the section quality.Analyzed the influence of different parameters which include the ring form the blank holder force,the anti-press and the die fillet on the forming process and the surface quality of the blanking part,the influence of technological parameters on the quality of the fine blanking section,Through numerical simulation under different process parameters of hydrostatic pressure plate fine blanking deformation zone,Analyzed the different parameters under the condition of cross section quality of blanking pieces and the relationship between the blanking force.the experimental results show that,using V gear ring,increasing the blank-holder force,the blank-holder force and the die fillet radius of 0.14 mm has a significant effect to improve the quality of fine blanking parts section.%在板材精冲加工过程中,加工参数的设定是影响冲裁断面质量的关键.针对厚板精密冲裁件常出现的冲裁件断面质量差的问题,本课题提出双侧齿圈压边的精冲方式,利用DEFORM2D软件建立了8mm AISI-20钢的精冲模型,进行了有限元分析.通过采用双侧齿圈压边方式对冲裁成形后的冲裁件断面质量进行模拟,分析齿圈形式、压边力、反压边力及模具圆角等工艺参数对成形过程及冲裁件断面质量的影响规律,通过数值模拟得出在不同工艺参数的条件下厚板精冲变形区内静水压力的变化规律,分析了不同参数条件下冲裁件断面质量与冲裁力之间的关系.实验结果表面,采用V形齿圈,增大压边力、反压边力及凹模圆角半径为0.14mm时对提高精冲件断面质量具有显著作用.
