摘要:
为了摒弃传统的试错法,节约成本,提高开发效率,精冲过程的最佳工艺参数,根据精冲工艺的特点,建立了精冲力学模型,以4 mm料厚的偏心螺母凸缘为研究对象,模具在精冲过程中的磨损为优化目标,利用有限元软件DEFORM-3D对凸缘切边过程进行了数值模拟.结合正交试验,建立了凸凹模间隙、凹模圆角半径、冲棒速度以及摩擦因数的四因素、三水平正交试验表,研究了各因素与精冲模具的影响关系.结果表明,在相同条件下,选取凸凹模间隙为0.02 mm,凹模圆角半径为0.06 mm,冲棒速度为20 mm/s,摩擦因数为0.3时,可获得精冲工艺参数的最优组合.%To get rid of the traditional method of trial and error,save the cost,improve developing efficiency,and optimize the process parameters of the fine blanking process,the mechanical model of the fine blanking was established according to its process characteristics.Taking the 4 mm thick flange of the eccentric nut as the research target and the wear of the die during fine blan-king as the optimization objective,the edge cutting process of the flange was numerically simulated by finite element software DE-FORM-3D.Based on the orthogonal experiments,the four-factor and three-level orthogonal test table was established for clear-ance between the die and the punch,round corner radius of the die,punch speed and friction coefficient,and the relationship be-tween each factor and the fine blanking die was studied.The results show that under the same condition,the optimal combination of the fine blanking process parameters can be obtained when the clearance between the punch and the die is 0.02 mm,the round corner radius of the die is 0.06 mm,the punch speed is 20 mm/s,and the friction coefficient is 0.3.
