侧隙锯片是一种具有良好应用前景的新型冷锯机圆锯片,具有节能并延长锯片使用寿命两大优点.现针对φ1800mm冷锯机在锯切H型钢过程中,因锯片横向振动导致锯缝过宽、锯斜并产生过多锯切损耗等问题,利用ANSYS和MATLAB软件对空载条件下侧隙锯片和普通锯片不同位置节点的横向振动进行分析,并研究锯片转速、锯片厚度等参数对两种锯片横向振动的影响.结果表明:圆锯片两侧加工侧隙,在一定程度上能改善锯片的横向振动,为进一步优化锯片结构参数和锯切工艺参数提供理论基础.%Side-gap saw blade is a new type of cold saw blade which has a good prospect.It has two major advantages:energy-saving and prolong the life of the blade.Now,because the transverse vibration cause saw kerf too wide,saw ramp,excessive cutting losses and other issues in the process ofφ1800mm cold saw cutting H-beam.The paper uses ANSYS and MATLAB software to simulate the transverse vibration of unloaded nodes at different positions on side-gap saw blade and general saw blade,and studies different saw blade speed,thickness and other parameters' impact on the two kinds of saw blades' transverse vibration.The results showed that:machining backlash on both sides of the circular saw blade,to some extent,can reduce the transverse vibration.It provides a theoretical basis for the further optimization of structural parameters of the saw blade and cutting process parameters.
