Based on the rhombus-textured piston surface of the hydraulic cylinder of clearance seal,a three-dimensional lubrication model of rhombus-textured surface is established and hydrodynamics control equation is provided.Using CFD software FLUENT,the SOR method is used to analyze the hydrodynamic lubrication performance of rhombus-textured piston surface.It shows that rhombus-textured piston surface can increase oil film supporting capacity and improve the hydrodynamic lubrication when piston is moving.With the dimensionless depth e fixed,the optimum geometric area ratio is 20%.In the same area ratio,the optimum dimensionless depth e is between 0.012 and 0.018,and optimum rhombus angle is between 60° and 75°.%基于间隙密封液压缸活塞表面菱形凹坑形貌,建立单个三维菱形织构的动压润滑模型及流体力学控制方程;应用流体力学软件FLUENT,采用超松弛迭代法对该织构的表面的动压润滑性能进行数值模拟分析.求解活塞在运动时的菱形凹坑表面对油膜压力和承载力的影响.结果表明:在液压缸活塞表面加工菱形织构,能够对油膜产生附加承载力,改善活塞表面润滑性能;在菱形织构无量纲深度e保持一定时,存在最优面积比为20%.在同一面积比情况下,无量纲深度e在0.012~0.018之间最优,且存在最优角度在(60~75)°之间.
