一种新型厨房垃圾处理系统的设计研究

摘要

厨房垃圾在人们日常生活垃圾中占有很大比例,它是处理和解决城市生活垃圾问题的重要因素.通过分析目前国内外厨房垃圾的来源、处理方法和存在的技术问题,对我国厨房垃圾的处理提出对策和建议.由于厨房垃圾多为蛋白质、脂肪、多糖等有机物,不科学的处理不仅会污染环境,危害人民的健康,同时也是对资源的一种极大浪费.设计开发一种厨房垃圾处理系统,对厨房垃圾处理系统的装置构架、主要机构部件等进行了研究;设计了粉碎机构、压缩机构、油水分离机构等三大机构;根据厨房垃圾压缩过程中油水混合污染问题,提出了油水分离分别处理的设计方案,并进行相关的实验论证.%Since kitchen scraps takes a great proportion in garbage people produced,its processing has played a key role in people's daily life.It focuses on analyzing the origin of kitchen scraps,processing methods and the technical problems existed,so as to propose measures correspondingly.Composed of organics like protein,fat and polysaccharide,unscientifc processing could not only pollute the environment,do harm to people's health,but also a heavy waste of resources.It means to design a kind of scraps processing system inclouding crushing mechanism,compression mechanism,oil and water separation device,etc.and research on device frame and main body parts of the scraps processing system.According to the problem of oil and water mixed pollution in the process of the compression of kitchen scraps,the design scheme of oil and water separation is proposed,and the related experiments are demonstrated.
