阀配流式新型水压变量泵的动态性能仿真研究

         

摘要

The product of the hydraulic variable piston pump is not mature and the cost is high. This paper designed a new water hydraulics variable piston pump which is breaking through traditional design concept of the Swash plate hydraulic pump. The pump integrated with the oil hydraulic components, the simple water hydraulic components and the mechanical mechanism, it can achieve the application requirement of the high pressure large volume.the proportional directional flow valve is chosen because of the reverse impact.The simulation model of its system have been built based on AMESim, The results show that changing the speed of the proportional valve can effectively reduce the reverse impact and the fluctuation of the flow output. the flat valve is analyzed, the results show that the bigger clearance volume makes flat valve delay more serious in addition,reducing the spool quality, increasing the spring stiffness or preload appropriately can improve the performance of the valve.%针对目前水压变量柱塞泵产品不成熟且成本高等缺点,突破传统斜盘式水压泵的设计理念,设计了一种新型水压柱塞变量泵.该泵由油压元件、简单的水压元件和机械机构集成,能实现变量泵高压大流量的应用要求.针对水压泵换向冲击的问题,选用了比例方向流量阀,通过AMESim建立水压变量泵的仿真模型,结果显示改变比例阀的换向速度,能有效的降低换向冲击,减小流量输出的波动.并且对水压泵的配流特性进行仿真分析,结果显示,余隙容积越大,配流阀滞后越严重;适当减小配流阀阀芯的质量,提高弹簧刚度或预紧力,有利于提高配流特性.
