新型水压变量泵的脉动研究及控制

         

摘要

针对目前水压变量柱塞泵产品不成熟且成本高等缺点,突破传统斜盘式水压泵的设计理念,设计了一种新型水压柱塞变量泵.该泵由油压元件、简单的水压元件和机械机构集成,能实现变量泵高压大流量的应用要求.利用AMESim软件对整个系统进行了建模仿真,得到水压泵的流量曲线,在泵出口设置蓄能器进行水压泵的流量脉动控制.结果表明:蓄能器有效地控制了流量脉动,实现水压泵流量低脉动输出.%Aimed at the shortcoming of product of the hydraulic variable piston pump is not mature and the cost is high, a new water hydraulics variable piston pump was designed which was breaking through traditional design concept of the Swash plate hydraulic pump.The pump was integrated with the oil hydraulic components, the simple water hydraulic components and the mechanical mechanism, which could achieve the application requirement of the high pressure large volume.The simulation model of its system was built based on AMESim software, the actual flow curve of the water hydraulics pump was obtained,and an accumulator was set up in the outlet of the pump to control the flow pulsation.The results show that the accumulator can control the flow pulsation effectively and realize the low pulse output of the water pressure pump.
