基于宏程序的数控车梯形螺纹参数化加工应用研究

         

摘要

Aiming at the breaking edge phenomenon for trapezoidal thread processing on CNC lathe, the force distribution problem of the cutting edges in the trapezoidal thread turning processing was solved by layered cutting and breaking edge phenomenon was avoided. The macro program could be applied to the processing of various internal and external trapezoidal thread by parametric program editing. The numerical control programming for trapezoidal thread is simplified, and the difficulty of its NC machining is reduced.%针对在数控车床上加工梯形螺纹时容易出现扎刀等现象,通过分层切削解决了加工过程中梯形螺纹车刀各切削刃的受力分配问题,有效避免了扎刀现象;同时采用参数化程序编辑方式使得梯形螺纹数控车削宏程序可以适用于各种内外梯形螺纹的加工,从而降低了梯形螺纹的数控编程和加工难度.
