数控机床专用夹紧机构——套圈式中心架的设计

为了解决一些特殊的大型薄壁套类零件的端口内孔及内螺纹加工时的夹紧问题,设计一种在数控机床上使用的专用夹紧机构——套圈式中心架.所加工的零件一端由卡盘夹紧,另一端用该套圈式中心架夹紧,从而便于零件的加工.介绍了该套圈式中心架的结构和工作原理.%To machine the inner diameter and inner thread of one end of big sleeves parts, a special jig system, ring center rest, was develop. One end was fixed by chuck and another was fixed by ring center rest, so the machine was convenient. The structure and working principle of the ring center rest were introduced.
