In swash plate axial piston pump, stress of the plunger is usually analyzed according to parallel axis, but actually there is an angle α between the plunger and spindle. The stress of the plunger is complicated. The vector method was used to analyze the influence of different α angle on stress of the plunger by Matlab. The results show that the force pulsation of the plunger is increased with α angle augment; the radial force changes as cosine curve and effects sway-range of the radial force. The existed influence of α angle was verified by experiment. The conclusion provides reference for design of axial piston pump.%在斜盘型轴向柱塞泵中,通常按柱塞轴与主轴平行进行柱塞副受力分析,但实际运行中柱塞与主轴有一个夹角α,使柱塞的受力状况复杂.采用向量方法,用Matlab仿真分析不同的α角对柱塞受力情况的影响.结果表明:随着α角增大,柱塞所受力的脉动也增大;柱塞轴向力与合力之间的夹角θ呈余弦曲线变化,且影响径向力摆动的幅度.并通过实验证实了α角影响的存在.该结论为轴向柱塞泵设计提供了参考.
