利用模糊优化方法对高速立式加工中心的关键部件--主轴箱进行模糊有限元优化,通过分析零件的模糊信息,确定约束的隶属函数,并根据问题的实际特点而得到满意的结果.利用模糊有限元方法调整了最优解在空间的位置,为设计者提供了多重设计方案的选择余地,进而为其他部分的设计创造了比较有利的条件.%Fuzzy optimization method was used to optimize the spindle box in high-speed vertical machining center. Through analyzing fuzzy information of the components to determine the membership functions of the constraint , and according to the characteristics of the actual problems , satisfactory results were obtained. Using fuzzy finite element method, the optimal solution in the space could be adjusted, and multiple design plans were provided to designers. It creates favorable conditions for design of other parts.
