UG平面铣削对零件加工质量的影响因素分析

摘要

There are lots of factors that affect the quality of parts processing in UG plane milling processing.In this paper,the effect of different parameter settings on the quality of the parts processing was analyzed from the cutting area,cutting pattems,as well as cutting parameters,combined with a large number of specific parts processing test data,and some corresponding measures to improve the quality were proposed.%在利用UG平面铣削方式加工零件过程中,很多因素影响零件加工质量.为此,从切削区域、切削模式以及切削参数3个方面,结合大量具体的零件加工试验数据,分析不同参数设置对零件加工质量的影响,并提出相应的改进措施,进而有效地提高了UG平面铣削零件的质量和加工效率.
