磨料射流切割工艺参数的仿真与分析

摘要

基于Fluent软件,研究在不同的射流靶距、不同的入射角、不同的磨料浓度和粒径情况下,磨料射流的流场特性并分析各参数对加工质量的影响,为在作业时合理选择各参数提供参考.%Based on Fluent software, the flow characteristics of the abrasive jet were studied under different target distances, different incident angles, different concentrations and particle size of abrasive. The influences of various parameters on the processing quality were analyzed. It provides reference for the rational selection of processing parameters.
