大型混合煤气压力调节阀动态性能分析及抗震研究

     

摘要

构建大型混合煤气压力调节阀的三维流道模型,采用CFD软件分析大型煤气压力调节阀的动态特性,应用有限元软件对建立的调节阀三维模型进行模态分析,得到其模态振型和频率,在此基础上讨论大型混合煤气压力调节阀的抗震性能.分析表明:其最低固有频率大于一般的地震频率,在地震期间,不会发生共振,具备良好的抗震性能.%The flow channel model of large mixed gas pressure control valve was established. CFD software was used to analyze the dynamic property. The three-dimensional model of control valve was also analyzed by finite element software, obtaining frequency and mode shapes. On the basis, the anti-earthquake performance was discussed. The research indicates that the lowest natural frequency is greater than the general frequency of earthquakes, so resonance can't be occurred during earthquakes. It has excellent anti-earthquake performance.
