滑块式分拣机道岔执行机构的设计

摘要

简要阐述滑块式分拣机的特点与总体结构,在分拣道岔数学模型的基础上,详细介绍了道岔执行机构的结构设计与计算.设计的道岔执行机构在响应速度、刚性、强度等方面均满足分拣动作的要求.%The characteristics and overall structure of sliding shoe parcel sorting machine were briefly described. Base on the mathematical model of the sorting system, the structure design and calculation of actuator of sorting turnout were illustrated. The designed actuator meets the requirements of response speed, rigidity and strength.
