基于云制造的工具管理系统研究

         

摘要

In order to improve the rapid response of enterprise to flexible manufacturing,to solve the problem of manufacturing re-source dispersion and low utilization rate of the tools,an independent and complete configuration tool information management system platform was built. In this platform,the tool entities digital information within the manufacturing execution system was achieved,which was based on cloud manufacturing technology concept and using information technology,virtualization technology,RFID and other ad-vanced technology. The variety of tools are efficient sharing in different processing units or between the enterprise alliances by this plat-form,which can not only improve production efficiency,but also provide a useful exploration for the establishment of the cloud manu-facturing architecture and cloud service management technologies.%为提高企业对柔性制造的快速响应,解决工具类制造资源分散和使用率不高的问题,以云制造技术理念为基础,利用信息技术、虚拟化技术、RFID等先进技术将制造执行系统内的工具实体信息数字化,构建独立的、配置完整的工具信息管理系统平台,实现各种工具在不同加工单元或企业联盟间的高效共享应用,既可以提高生产效率,也为建立云制造体系架构和云服务综合管理技术提供有益探索。
